adidas Originals takes us back to the future; revamping classic uppers with BOOST technology in it’s ‘Never Made Pack’. The hybrid collection pulls heritage uppers from the adidas archives and sits each atop signature Boost tooling, to deliver a nostalgic aesthetic with a 21st century ride.
Marathon Boost
One of the originators of adidas running line, the Marathon pairs a classic mesh upper with a suede overlay combo, for an unadulterated 70’s vibe. Ironically inspired in-part by the Marathon, the upper is placed upon a I-5923 sole unit to ensure a clean and cushioned stride.
Rising Star R1
With it’s distinctive silver leather upper making a triumphant return, the Rising Star is back for another ride to the top. Boasting red on the contrast three stripes branding and leather heel tab, this classic 80’s runner was ahead of it’s time. Paired with the equally iconic NMD Boost sole unit, the mid-foot bumpers and heel tab bring modern styling to the cross-breed.
Boston R1
Inspired by the Boston Marathon, this versatile runner bears all the trademarks of the original upper with suede overlays and contrast laces and 3-stripes. Representing adidas’ 80’s design, this has also been paired with an NMD Boost sole unit, for a modern update on a piece of history.
