Linking up with rising stars and NB ambassadors from around the globe to rep the legendary trainer, the latest campaign features Cat Burns, Trayvon Bromell and A.Girl.

Modern Meets Vintage 
The 9060 trainer highlights New Balance’s sportswear heritage, rooted in running and peak performance. The 99X series pays tribute to some of the most iconic models in the whole of the brand’s history, delivering legendary kicks that look just as fresh as they feel.
Bringing early ‘00s vibes to the streets, the 9060 is inspired with OG 99X detailing, fusing modern design techniques with the OG New Balance look. Sway bars, for example, are lifted from the 990, whilst a wavy lines and a sculpted pod midsole deliver an exaggerated silhouette.
In true New Balance style, comfort is always key. The ABZORB and SBS cushioning system delivers an unbelievably smooth ride, feeling plush and responsive underneath every step.
Landing in three new colourways, exclusively at JD, the latest collection features a creamy Moonbeam/Angora available in men’s and women’s sizes, while a green Dark Camo/Olive/Sea Salt and a stealthy Phantom/Magnet 9060 drops in men’s sizing.
Each pair is crafted with airy mesh through the upper, with soft suede overlays, securely stitched down for durable support. A classic lace closure and a padded collar locks you in, while a translucent CR device at the heel amps up stability.
The diamond outsole pattern takes cues from the iconic 860 model, and the tongue logo takes cues from the original 991 lace jewel.
Introducing The Ambassadors
New Balance has enlisted a trio of global stars to rep the new JD-exclusive collection.
First on the list is Cat Burns – she’s a singer/songwriter that’s rising through the ranks from her South London roots. Upon becoming a TikTok sensation, Cat’s soulful music offers a fresh perspective on life and love.
Trayvon Bromell is an American track and field Olympic athlete. He’s one of the top sprinters in the world, and became the first teenager to break ten seconds in the 100m sprint and qualify for the World Championships . He’s constantly pushing forward, and he’s never let anything slow him down. Despite surgeries and injuries, he’s thrived and succeeded.
Hailing from Western Sydney, A.Girl has been making big waves in the R&B and hip-hop scene. Bringing her proud Māori heritage to her tunes, the singer and songwriter has delivered acclaimed performances and established herself through several major Australian festivals. Most recently, she’s become the face of New Balance for JD Sports Australia.
This trio of talent keeps New Balance’s ethos of passion and fearlessness at the heart of everything they do. It only makes sense that they’re styling one of the biggest and boldest silhouettes.
