The Air Jordan 1 Gets a Lakers Treatment
Jordan hit the ground running this NBA season with the release of the Jordan 1 Mid ‘Lakers’. Fitted out in the LA teams iconic Purple and Gold, this is undoubtedly a must have for any LA Lakers fans.
The ‘Lakers’ colour-way was last seen on a Nike Dunk high, this time the AJ1 gets the matching treatment this time. In the typical Jordan style we get a white through the mid-foot panel. The accent colours take centre stage here with gold layering the Swooshes, Jumpman Logo on the tongue, toe box and collar. While the infamous Lakers Purple covers the overlays around the collar and laces holes. Finished with a while midsole and black outsole to match the laces and tongue. This colour-way of the AJ1 isn’t for the faint hearted, its bold, its bright and stands out from the more subdued and modest colour-ways we’ve seen recently from Jordan.
