Jordan Brand pays homage to the sneaker culture of Japan, with a Japanese Denim inspired Air Jordan 3 SE Denim ‘Fire Red’. Renowned for introducing the revered elephant print to the world, Michael’s third signature shoe tore up the rule book on sneaker design and is now widely considered one of, if not the best sneaker amongst the Jordan lineage. With a modern take on the ’88 classic arriving just in time for Spring, the subtle highlights make these a no brainer for your cop list.
Updating the signature elephant print overlays with special denim textures, the cement lines are subtly contrasted with the linear textures of the denim. Doubling down on the heel branding, with an emblazoned “NIKE AIR” logo overlayed with a translucent rubber Jumpman, giving the best of both worlds. Recalling similar elements to the original ‘Fire Red’, the sneaker maintains a tumbled leather upper, red ankle collars and black painted midsoles. Complete with Nike branding underfoot and at the in-sole, scroll down for a closer look at the details.
