Jordan are back at it! With a modern take on a the classic ‘BRED’ colour-way of the infamous Air Jordan 1; bringing an elevated (LV8D) sole offering a thicker platform to stand taller while rocking footwear history on your feet. The Women’s exclusive silhouette combines modern technology with the classic design and DNA of the Air Jordan 1, with a handful of new additions as Jordan look to make a statement with their latest release.
The Air Jordan 1 LV8D stays true to its roots with a premium leather upper and a crafted heel tab that features the iconic Wings logo. This cleans up the aesthetic of the shoe and helps create a balance between casual wear and luxurious looks that’s right for any room you step into. The addition of more premium leather tongue and plush lining, a foam midsole and cork insole to deliver all-day lightweight comfort and durability.
Of course what we all see here is the unmissable LV8D sole, though not the first time Jordan Brand have done this, as they have stayed true to the OG Air Jordan 1 as other brands were producing platform versions of their classic silhouettes. With no other design changes to the sole, and the only deviations to the tread is the additional herringbone traction on the heel and toe portions.
